توضح هذه السياسة كيف تتعامل شركة رواء لتقنية المعلومات («رواء»، «نحن») مع البيانات في موقع rawagames.com وفي ألعابنا. نلتزم بنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
١. البيانات التي نجمعها في هذا الموقع
هذا الموقع تعريفي، ولا يحتوي على تسجيل حسابات أو نماذج. لا نستخدم فيه ملفات تعريف ارتباط للإعلانات أو التتبع. قد يحفظ متصفحك تفضيل اللغة فقط. ويسجّل مزوّد الاستضافة بيانات تقنية أساسية (مثل عنوان IP ونوع المتصفح) لأغراض الأمان وتشغيل الخدمة.
٢. البيانات في ألعابنا
- قد تجمع ألعابنا بيانات لازمة لتشغيل اللعبة، مثل معرّف اللاعب وتقدمه وإنجازاته ورسائل الدردشة داخل اللعبة.
- تتم عمليات الشراء داخل التطبيق عبر Apple أو Google، ولا نستقبل بيانات بطاقتك البنكية.
- تفاصيل جمع البيانات لكل لعبة موضحة في صفحتها على متجر التطبيقات (قسم «خصوصية التطبيق»).
٣. بوابة المسوقين
إذا انضممت كمسوّق، نجمع بيانات حسابك (الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني) والبيانات البنكية اللازمة لتحويل أرباحك، وروابط المحتوى وأكواد Spark Ads التي ترسلها. تُستخدم هذه البيانات لإدارة المهام وحساب الأرباح وتحويلها فقط.
٤. كيف نستخدم البيانات ونحميها
نستخدم البيانات لتشغيل الخدمة وتحسينها ودعم اللاعبين والوفاء بالتزاماتنا النظامية. لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية. نحفظ البيانات لدى مزودي خدمات سحابية موثوقين، ونقيّد الوصول إليها بالصلاحيات اللازمة فقط.
٥. حقوقك
يحق لك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، وسحب موافقتك متى شئت، بمراسلتنا على info@rawagames.com.
٦. الأطفال
ألعابنا مصنفة لعمر 12 عاماً فأكثر، ولا نجمع عن قصد بيانات من الأطفال دون هذا العمر.

This policy explains how Rawa Information Technology Company (“Rawa”, “we”) handles data on rawagames.com and in our games. We comply with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
1. Data we collect on this website
This is an informational website with no accounts or forms. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may store your language preference only. Our hosting provider logs basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to operate the service.
2. Data in our games
- Our games may collect data needed to run the game, such as a player ID, progress, achievements and in-game chat messages.
- In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google; we never receive your card details.
- Each game’s data practices are listed on its app store page (“App Privacy”).
3. Marketer portal
If you join as a marketer, we collect your account details (name and email), the bank details needed to pay your earnings, and the content links and Spark Ads codes you submit. We use this data only to manage tasks and to calculate and pay earnings.
4. How we use and protect data
We use data to operate and improve our services, support players and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal data. Data is stored with trusted cloud providers and access is limited to what is necessary.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent at any time, by emailing info@rawagames.com.
6. Children
Our games are rated 12+, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under that age.
