١. استخدام الموقع والألعاب
يحق لك استخدام الموقع والألعاب للاستخدام الشخصي غير التجاري. يُمنع الغش أو استغلال الثغرات أو استخدام برامج غير مصرح بها أو الإساءة للاعبين الآخرين، ويحق لنا إيقاف الحسابات المخالفة.
٢. المشتريات داخل التطبيق
العملات والعناصر الافتراضية هي ترخيص للاستخدام داخل اللعبة، وليست لها قيمة نقدية ولا تُستبدل بمال. تخضع عمليات الشراء والاسترداد لسياسات Apple App Store أو Google Play.
٣. الملكية الفكرية
جميع محتويات الموقع والألعاب، من أسماء وشعارات ورسومات وشخصيات ونصوص، مملوكة لشركة رواء لتقنية المعلومات أو مرخّصة لها، ولا يجوز نسخها أو استخدامها دون إذن كتابي.
٤. بوابة المسوقين
يخضع الانضمام لبوابة المسوقين للشروط المعروضة داخل البوابة، بما فيها شروط استخدام أكواد Spark Ads ومواعيد تحويل الأرباح.
٥. إخلاء المسؤولية
نقدّم الموقع والألعاب «كما هي»، ونعمل على استمرار الخدمة دون انقطاع لكن لا نضمن ذلك. ولا نتحمل مسؤولية الأضرار غير المباشرة الناتجة عن الاستخدام، في حدود ما يسمح به النظام.
٦. التعديلات
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، ويُعد استمرارك في الاستخدام بعد نشر التحديث موافقة عليه.
٧. النظام الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختص محاكم مدينة الرياض بأي نزاع ينشأ عنها.

1. Use of the website and games
You may use the website and games for personal, non-commercial purposes. Cheating, exploiting bugs, using unauthorised software or abusing other players is prohibited, and we may suspend accounts that do so.
2. In-app purchases
Virtual currency and items are a licence for in-game use only; they have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. Purchases and refunds are governed by Apple App Store or Google Play policies.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the website and in our games — names, logos, art, characters and text — is owned by or licensed to Rawa Information Technology Company and may not be copied or used without written permission.
4. Marketer portal
Joining the marketer portal is subject to the terms shown inside the portal, including the use of Spark Ads codes and payout timelines.
5. Disclaimer
The website and games are provided “as is”. We work to keep the service running without interruption but do not guarantee it, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update is posted means you accept it.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of Riyadh have jurisdiction over any dispute.
